Welder TRAFILUX MMA 140 This is a lightweight, portable inverter device that provides the possibility of welding with wrapped electrodes and the possibility of welding in the TIG Lift method. The device has a number of innovative technological solutions, suitable for use in household and workshop conditions. Ideally suited for repair work, assembly, and field tasks. The advantage of the device is smooth regulation of welding current, arc dynamics ARC FORCE, in addition, the device has a module VRD, designed to increase the safety of the user working in a dangerous environment, which increases the risk of electric shock. In particular, work in places where we are dealing with high air humidity, and the contact of the welder with liquids, e.g. during work on sewerage systems, excavation works or in combined heat and power plants. The device is used for welding steel, including stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and cast iron. The design advantage of the device are transistors made in IGBT technology. A characteristic feature of this type of transistors is lower power consumption, less electromagnetic interference, with greater efficiency and a stronger and more stable welding arc.

IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.

REG. INDUCTANCE - controls the width and depth of melting and reduces the amount of chipping. Allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site, the sheet does not deform and the protective zinc layer is not damaged.

ANTI STICK - consists in cutting off / minimizing the welding voltage and current in the event of short circuit of the electrode with the welded material. ANTI STICK allows the welder to detach the electrode more easily.

VRD - a voltage reduction system whose task is to turn off the power supply within a few milliseconds after welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the wrapped electrode to a safe level.

ARC FORCE - allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Reducing the value of the function gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melt, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. When setting the largest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "press the electrode into the lake of molten metal and burn the material through.

HOT START - this is a temporary increase in welding current to facilitate the ignition of the electric arc and the preheating of the welded material.
