SPARTUS® EasyMIG 210S
It is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine, constructed on the basis of IGBT transistors. It has the function of:
- MIG/MAG in the shield of inert and active gases,
- MMA wrapped electrode,
- TIG Lift with arc ignition by rubbing.
- FLUX easy polarity change allows welding with self-shielding wire without gas.
The device is equipped with a synergic MIG/MAG welding system with steel wires with a diameter of 0,6 / 0,8 / 1,0 mm with the possibility of manual parameter correction.
The welder is made in IGBT inverter technology, which allowed for a significant reduction of its weight and dimensions. It is a device designed and manufactured for field work. Small, light and versatile.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field transistors with high breakdown voltage and the speed of switching bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has an impact on significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The IGBT module is protected from overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine is cooled to a temperature allowing it to be switched on again.
WORK CYCLE
The work cycle is based on a 10-minute period. The 60% duty cycle means that a 4-minute break is required after 6 minutes of operation of the device. The 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously, without interruptions.
MMA
A method in which a wrapped electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. alkaline, cellulose, rutile or acidic.
ARC FORCE
Increasing or decreasing the length of the welding arc depending on the distance of the electrode from the material being welded. Allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which results in stabilisation of the arc.
VRD
The VRD function reduces the voltage in the unloaded state. The correct voltage value is restored only just before the arc is ignited. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases it can make it difficult to light the arc.
HOT START
The function is designed to prevent sticking the electrode to the material and is a great convenience when arcing. It works at the moment of arcing, causing a temporary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder.
SYNERGY
MIG/MAG welding using synergistic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to suit their needs. Many programs have been prepared for synergistic welding, including the lutowelding program.
2 ROLLER WIRE FEEDER
Professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, has a strong motor, which allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 2 drive rollers.
SMOOTH ADJUSTMENT OF WIRE FEED
Smooth adjustment of the feed speed of the wire is supported by an additional potentiometer allowing you to set the speed for different wire diameters.
EURODISCONNECTION
Standard welding torch connection that allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for welding Aluminum by replacing the Teflon cartridge and current tip).
REGULATION OF INDUCTANCE
It allows you to optimize arch characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and soldering galvanized elements.
2T/4T
2T - Pressing the welding torch button will cause the gas to pre-flow, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will cause the gas to pre-flow, then ignite the arc and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.
POLARITY CHANGE - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld using the FLUX method with powder wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with flux producing protective gases during welding.
Easy to use control panel allows precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. Digital display indicates the actual current during welding. The semi-automatic welding machine has a menu that facilitates operation and allows you to choose the type of welded material.
WELDING OF ALUMINIUM ALLOYS
Aluminum welding is not a simple activity, it requires the welder to have experience, knowledge and preservation of certain practices that will facilitate the performance of welds on aluminum elements.
Depending on the needs, appropriate corrections should be made to voltage and inductance to achieve the desired effect.
WIRE TEST
Pressing the wire feed button will start the wire feeder motor without starting the shielding gas outflow. The power source is also activated, but does not provide welding current.
COOLING
The device has a cooling system with a fan which significantly increases its efficiency.
TIG LIFT WELDING
Universal, robust welding torch / torch with valve TIG-17V with connection ŁW 35-50 fits the welding device SPARTUS® EasyMIG 210s.
It gives the possibility of welding using the TIG method (in argon shield), when connected to the inverter welding machine.
He's completely armed and ready to go. Ergonomic handle with precise button ensures high comfort of work. The handle has a high-quality rubber cover, protecting the wires from abrasion.
