The SKANDI KRAFT from the iSimple series is a compact semi-automatic welding machine designed for welding low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel (MAG), alloy steel (MIG) and aluminium and its alloys. The device can also be welded using the MMA method using hot melt coated electrodes. Migomat SKANDI KRAFT iSimple MIG 210 CART is built on IGBT transistors. This solution provides lower electricity consumption, greater resistance to interference, voltage drops, but also failure-free operation.

The iSimple MIG 210 CART welder is a solidly made device, the metal housing is resistant to mechanical damage and ensures long-term use.

The spool-gun handle is a special handle with built-in external wire feeder, mainly used for welding aluminum. Its advantages are:

The Spool Gun also saves time when changing wire in case of frequent changes in welded materials. There is no need to thread a new wire through the device – all you need to do is connect the SPOOL GUN handle with an external feeder, which greatly simplifies the process.

The device is equipped with a plug for the gas reducer heater.

SKANDI KRAFT iSimple MIG 210 CART is an inverter welding machine that automatically selects the welding current voltage (V) and wire feed (m/min) to the set welding current (A) and material type. Built-in synergistic programs for materials (black steel, INOX, FLUX (without gas*)) guarantee that the setting of the welding machine is very simple. The device allows for welding with a maximum current of 200A, so you can get 5mm melt and weld material up to a thickness of 10mm. The welder has two large readable displays that allow for precise positioning of the welder and easy control of parameters during the welding process.

The fully copper power cord used in the SKANDI KRAFT MIG 210 CART welding machine, combined with the fully copper mass cable, is the key to exceptional quality and welding reliability. Unlike alternative products from other manufacturers who only use superficial copper plating of aluminum conductors, the fully copper conductor provides higher conductivity electric, resulting in a more stable welding current, which translates into better weld quality.

An important advantage of the full copper three-meter power cord i of the mass cable is its excellent corrosion resistance, which translates into the longevity of the device. Aluminum copper wire only outside, over time can lose its conductive properties, while copper retains its properties even in harsh conditions!

Most welding machines fail due to metal filings sucked in by fans that cause short circuits. The SKANDI KRAFT iSimple MIG 210 is equipped with the FAN STOP module, thanks to which the fans work only during welding and a moment after, which limits the suction of filings. Powerful fans of some welding machines generate noise up to 90 dB (comparable to highway traffic from a distance of 10 meters). The FAN STOP system ensures a clean interior of the device and comfortable operation.

The device is equipped with the polarity change function, which allows welding without gas using self-shielding wires (FCAW). This is extremely useful in places where access to shielding gas is limited.

In addition, this feature allows you to connect classic welding wires and welding with a wrapped electrode, transforming the semi-automatic into an MMA electrode welding machine.

The SKANDI KRAFT iSimple MIG 210 CART welding machine enables welding using the TIG Lift method, which involves touching the electrode to the metal and lifting it to initiate the arc.

Welding TIG DC offers greater precision and cleaner spoins without chipping, ideal for thin materials and complicated details. This method allows welding of various materials (e.g. carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and titanium) and provides better heat control, reducing the risk of deformation. This makes the TIG Lift ideal for demanding projects, providing aesthetic and accurate results.
