DIGIMIG 209 ProHIT is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals using MMA (wrapped electrode), TIG Lift and MIG/MAG methods. Inductance adjustment allows for welding of thin sheets and soldering. Thanks to the change of polarity, it is possible to weld using both standard wires in the protective gas shield and self-shielding powder wires. The device allows you to connect a Spool Gun holder with a mini wire feeder mounted in it and a D100 spool of steel or colored wire. Synergic programs for steel and Al alloys are available during MIG/MAG welding, and manual settings can be used.
The device allows you to connect a Spool Gun holder with a mini wire feeder mounted in it and a D100 spool of steel or colored wire. The MIG/MAG method can be used in manual and synergistic mode. Synergistic programs are available for steel, Al. alloys and for self-shielding wire welding.
Fast and safe change of welding polarity possible from the position of the front panel of the device. Weld with reverse polarity with self-shielding welding wires that do not require shielding gas. A great option when you need to take the machine to work in the field, and you do not necessarily want to take a cylinder with you with accessories.
Professional wire feeder with good 4-roll mechanism. Proper transmission ensures smooth wire feeding, and this guarantees good and stable parameters.
The wire feeder roll is made in one of the most commonly used standards today. Thanks to this, you can retrofit the equipment in the future with the rollers needed for welding with different types and diameters of welding wires.

- MIG/MAG is a popular process both in hobby applications and in industry. It consists in welding with a hot melt electrode (in the form of wire wound on a spool) in a gas shield. The advantages of semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding include: ease of mastering the method at the basic level, high welding efficiency, high quality of the resulting weld.
- FCAW (FLUX) - a popular variant of the MAG method - semi-automatic welding with a hot melt electrode (welding wire on a spool). The main difference is that it is welded with a special self-shielding wire, which does not require the use of shielding gas. Simplifying, we can say that this method combines two processes: MAG welding and MMA electrode welding.
- MMA - this is probably the best known and widespread welding method. The type and diameter of the wrapped electrode is selected depending on the type of material being welded. The MMA method does not require shielding gases. Welding is carried out using an electrode in a special sheath, which under the influence of the heat of the welding arc melts to form a weld. Melting sheath provides protection for the welding lake.
- VRD function - reduces voltage in the unloaded state. The correct voltage value is restored only just before the arc is ignited. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases it can make it difficult to light the arc.
- ARC FORCE function - allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which stabilizes the arc. Reducing the value gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melting, while increasing the value causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. With the high value of ARC FORCE set, you can weld keeping the arc of minimum length and high melting speed of the electrode
- HOT START function - is popularly called hot start. It works at the moment of arcing, causing a temporary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great convenience when arcing. In the case of welding small elements, it is recommended to disable this function, as it may cause burning of the welded material.
- TIG DC - welding with a non-melting electrode in an inert gas shield, e.g. alloy and non-alloy steels.
- PROFESSIONAL WIRE FEEDER - Professional 4R feeder - reliable wire feeding regardless of spool weight, handle length and welding wire type. Proven mechanism
- SYNERGY - By setting the appropriate program or entering parameters, the device will independently select most welding settings, such as wire feed speed or appropriate voltage, according to the programmed data.
- IGBT - welding machine is made in modern inverter technology using IGBT transistors. Thanks to this, it has stable welding parameters, enjoys high efficiency and, above all, ensures good welding quality.
- Working with SPOOL GUN handles - is adapted to work with SPOOL GUN handles. You can arm the device simultaneously for welding two different materials, e.g. The device is armed with steel wire, and the SPOOL GUN handle for welding aluminum.
- 4T - pressing and releasing the handle button initiates gas outflow and welding current, re-pressing and releasing the button turns off the welding current and gas outflow,
- 2T - pressing the button initiates gas outflow and welding current, releasing the button turns off welding current and gas outflow
- LUTOSPELING - is a method that resembles MIG/MAG welding to a fairly large extent, but the energy supplied in this case is much smaller. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material with which we work.
- SPOT WELDING (SPOT ) - the possibility of making repetitive, point welded joints. The function is particularly useful when producing lightweight structures or repairing car body parts.
