The MIG 200M semi-automatic welder is an inverter device made in MOSFET technology. It is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals using the MMA method (wrapped electrode) and the MIG/MAG method in protective gas shielding or self-shielding wire without gas. It can also be used for soldering thin galvanized sheets e.g. in the regeneration of vehicle bodies.
The device has a smooth regulation of welding voltage/current, wire feed speed and inductance. When welding using the MMA method, it allows you to use the ARC FORCE function. Works with D200 wire spools (5 kg). It is powered from a single-phase network of 230V 50Hz.
The set includes: welding torch for MIG/MAG welding, cable with electrode holder, mass cable with tick clamp, welding disc and hammer with brush.
The function panel of the three-knob welding machine is designed with ease of use in mind. Thanks to the intuitive knob system, the user can easily adjust the welding parameters, which increases efficiency and comfort of work.
Optionally, it is possible to connect a second Spoolgun type handle in parallel with a mini wire feeder mounted in it and a D100 spool of steel or colored wire, so that you can weld two different wires without having to change the welding machine. This is a great solution in a situation where we have to weld different materials or different wire thickness at one station.
The feeder mechanism ensures smooth feeding of the welding wire regardless of the welding wire used. A good feeder ensures stable parameters. Feeder rollers made in accordance with the prevailing standards are available for general sale.
Good lighting allows for faster detection of possible problems, such as e.g. wire jam. Many modern models of welding machines are equipped with LEDs or other light sources that are energy-efficient and durable, which further increases the comfort of use.

- INDUCTANCE - weld face width control and reduction of welding chipping,
- MMA - this is probably the best known and widespread welding method. The type and diameter of the wrapped electrode is selected depending on the type of material being welded. The MMA method does not require shielding gases. Welding is carried out using an electrode in a special sheath, which under the influence of the heat of the welding arc melts to form a weld. Melting sheath provides protection for the welding lake.
- FCAW (FLUX) - a popular variant of the MAG method - semi-automatic welding with a hot melt electrode (welding wire on a spool). The main difference is that it is welded with a special self-shielding wire, which does not require the use of shielding gas. Simplifying, we can say that this method combines two processes: MAG welding and MMA electrode welding.
- MIG/MAG is a popular process both in hobby applications and in industry. It consists in welding with a hot melt electrode (in the form of wire wound on a spool) in a gas shield. The advantages of semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding include: ease of mastering the method at the basic level, high welding efficiency, high quality of the resulting weld.
- LUTOSPELING - is a method that resembles MIG/MAG welding to a fairly large extent, but the energy supplied in this case is much smaller. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material with which we work.
