SPARTUS® EasyMIG 315 is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine, based on IGBT transistors. It enables welding with a hot melt electrode in an inert and active gas shield (MIG/MAG), welding with a wrapped electrode (MMA) and TIG Lift welding with arc ignition by rubbing. In addition, the device, thanks to the ability to change the polarity of welding, allows welding with self-shielding wire without gas.

The maximum welding current for MIG/MAG/TIG methods is 300A and for MMA method: 250A. The device is powered from a three-phase 400V network.

The device is equipped with synergistic programs for MIG/MAG welding with steel wires in the diameter range of 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2mm. In addition, the welding machine has the ability to introduce manual correction of the set parameters.

Modern technological solutions gave the opportunity to equip the device with a number of functions supporting the welding process:

• 2T/4T – the ability to choose one of two operating modes (MIG/MAG),
• Inductance – control of face width and melting depth (MIG/MAG), limitation of welding chipping,
• Burn Back – precise regulation of the burning time of the end of the welding wire allows you to eliminate the risk of welding wire sticking to the current tip,
• Slow Feed – so-called. soft start of the wire feeder, recommended especially when welding with large currents at high wire feeding speeds,
• Hot Start – easier electrode ignition (MMA),
• Arc Force – easier welding in forced positions (MMA),
• Spool Gun – lightweight and durable welding torch, with built-in wire feeder and spool in the handle, for MIG/MAG welding,
• VRD – reduced idle voltage (MMA).

Modern LCD display allows you to easily and quickly set the welding current voltage and manage the functions of the device. During the correction of parameters, the display suggests the shape of the weld and graphically indicates the recommended thickness of the material for the selected current.
