⚫ READY FOR VARIOUS CHALLENGES IN THE WORKSHOP
From structural steel to aluminium and stainless steel, one device allows you to perform many different jobs. You gain more freedom without having to change equipment.
🟠 WELDING OF ALUMINIUM
The device enables welding of aluminium and its alloys using the MIG/MAG method using dedicated AL MG and AL SI programs. The MIG PULSE mode provides better control over the welding lake, which facilitates the execution of welds in aluminum materials.
The AL MG program is designed for welding aluminum-magnesium alloys, while AL SI supports aluminum-silicon alloys. The device works with wires with a diameter of 0,8, 0,9, 1,0 and 1,2 mm, enabling the selection of the appropriate welding material.
To work with aluminum, it is recommended to use a roller feeder with a U groove, which ensures proper handling of soft wire. Thanks to the combination of synergic programs, MIG PULSE and properly selected settings, the device works well when welding aluminum elements of different thicknesses.
🟠 MIG/MAG WELDING AND TIG LIFT
MIG/MAG ensures efficient welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and its alloys, copper and materials intended for lutowelding. There is a choice of manual or synergic mode, which facilitates the selection of parameters after selecting the material, gas and wire diameter.
The MIG/MAG current range from 30 to 215 A enables welding of both thin sheets and thicker structural elements. The device supports wires with a diameter of 0,8, 0,9, 1,0 and 1,2 mm, and the AL MG, AL SI and MIG PULSE programs facilitate welding of aluminum and stainless steel.
The LIFT TIG method allows you to perform precise and aesthetic welds using the TIG handle with gas valve. Arching is done by touching the material with a tungsten electrode and its slight elevation, without the use of high-frequency ignition.
The TIG current range from 15 to 215 A allows you to adjust the parameters to different material thicknesses, providing great control over the welding process during workshop, assembly and repair work.
🟠 MMA WELDING
The MMA method enables welding with electrodes wrapped in a diameter of 1,6 to 5 mm, thanks to which it works well during workshop, assembly, repair and field. The welding current range from 25 to 190 A allows you to adjust the parameters to different material thicknesses and type of weld.
The HOT START function temporarily increases the current during arc ignition, making it easier to start welding and reducing the risk of sticking the electrode. ARC FORCE dynamically stabilizes the arc during short circuit of the electrode with the welding lake, improving the smoothness of weld guidance.
The VRD function reduces the output voltage in the unloaded state to about 20 V, increasing safety during breaks in operation. All settings are available directly from the control panel, which allows you to quickly adjust the device to the current welding conditions.
🟠 IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern IGBT technology is responsible for electronic control of the welding process and stable operation of the device in each supported method. The use of IGBT transistors enables precise control of welding parameters and quick response of the system to load changes.
The power source works using DC, providing stable welding arc during operation using MIG/MAG, MMA, LIFT TIG and FLUX methods. This translates into greater repeatability of settings and more convenient control over the welding process.
The combination of IGBT technology with electronic control panel and LCD display allows you to conveniently choose the operating parameters for the type of material and the welding method chosen. Thanks to this, the device works well both during everyday workshop work and more demanding applications.
🟠 WIRE FEEDING SYSTEM
Internal wire feeding mechanism allows convenient installation of the spool and setting the appropriate resistance of its unwinding. Thanks to this, the wire is fed evenly to the welding torch during operation using the MIG/MAG or FLUX method.
Adjustable roller pressure allows you to adjust the feed force to the type and diameter of the wire used. Correct setting reduces the risk of sliding of the roller, deformation of the wire and increased handling resistance.
The device works with rollers with V groove for steel wire and rollers with U groove for soft aluminum wire. This makes it easier to prepare the welding machine to work with different materials and improves feed stability.
Manual wire feed function allows you to run the wire through the EURO handle without starting welding. Just hold down the wire diameter selection button on the panel to efficiently prepare the device for operation.
🟠 EURO CONNECTOR
The device is equipped with a EURO connector, which allows you to quickly connect and disconnect the welding torch without stripping the housing.
This solution facilitates the replacement of the cable and reduces the time of preparing the equipment for work.
The EURO standard is widely used, so it is easier to choose compatible handles and accessories. You gain more convenient operation and more freedom during everyday use of the welding machine.
