⭐ The MP MIG machine is a device with a wide range of applications, designed as an inverter power source enabling welding with a consumable wire in a gas shield MIG/MAG or FCAW self-shielding wire , welding with a coated electrode MMA , welding of aluminum and also using the TIG Lift method (this requires the purchase of an additional torch for TIG Lift welding)

⭐ The electronics of the device are based on IGBT transistors combining the advantages of two types of transistors ease of control of field transistors and high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The welding current is very stable, which guarantees a perfect weld. Thanks to IGBT technology, the device is lightweight and compact.

Adjustment of welding parameters is carried out steplessly (smoothly), maximum welding current depends on the thickness of the wire / electrode used, welding voltage, as well as the speed of wire feeding in the case of the MIG / MAG / FCAW method. Popularly called hot start, it allows by temporarily increasing the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START works at the moment of arcing and is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material. It is a great convenience when lighting the electrode.

cuts/minimizes welding voltage and current in case of short circuit of the electrode with the welded material. ANTI STICK allows the welder to detach the electrode more easily.

stabilizes the arch regardless of its length. Regulates the dynamics of the welding arc. By reducing the value of the function, it gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melt, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. At the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "press the electrode into a lake of molten metal and burn the material through.

It is a voltage reduction system whose task is to turn off the power supply within a few milliseconds after welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the wrapped electrode to a safe level. The VRD function turns the welding power on and off when the electrical resistance between the electrode and the welded element measured during operation is the appropriate level. When the device is not working, VRD automatically reduces the secondary circuit voltage between the welding tips from 105 V to 14-24 V (this takes several milliseconds).
