MULTIFUNCTIONAL DEVICE

MAGNUM THF MIG 202P AC/DC SYNERGY LCD is an inverter welding machine that impresses with its capabilities and wide range of applications. The device combines the most popular welding methods (MIG/MAG, TIG AC/DC, PULS, MMA) with very high technical parameters. The welding machine allows you to weld each alloy of aluminum, steel, copper alloys and other weldable materials with a maximum current of 200A!

MIG/MAG WELDING - MANUAL/SYNERGY modes

The device allows welding with MIG/MAG wire from 0,6 to 1,0mm thickness. From the welding machine menu, we can choose manual mode or use ready-made settings. We have 16 synergistic programs for ordinary steel, stainless steel, aluminum and soldering. This arrangement allows you to set the welding machine for each metal very precisely without wasting unnecessary time.

TIG AC/DC to ALUMINIUM

If we care about the high quality and appearance of the weld, we can use the TIG AC/DC function. We have pulse current and waveform selection, which makes TIG welding of the highest quality. All pulse parameters are fully regulated. Each of the settings can be saved and returned to them, e.g. when we have repetitive work. There are 10 memory channels to use.

BI-LEVEL - a function that allows you to switch between two different welding current values, without interrupting operation. The change is done by quickly pressing the button on the handle. Functions used for welding elements of variable thickness.

PUNKT - spot welding by MIG/MAG and TIG method. The function is mainly used to connect sheet metal "on tab" or pre-connect the structure.

CHANGE OF WAVEFORM AC - welding machine allows you to choose the wave shape from:

• SQUARE rectangular - recommended for welding aluminium with magnesium
• SINE Sine Wave - recommended for welding pure aluminum 99,999%
• TRIANGULAR - setting the triangular shape of the current wave is optimal for welding thin elements, including anodized aluminum

FULL SYNERGY - this is a modern electronic microprocessor control that automatically selects operating parameters depending on the wire diameter, type and thickness of the material.

PFC - Module ensuring the resistance of the device to voltage drops. It guarantees a stable welding process with large voltage drops in the network. This is a beneficial solution when working on long extension cords and when using a generator set.

PRE GAS + POST GAS - a function helpful to cover the welding lake. The lack of additional gas shielding may result in oxidation of the weld.

MMA HOT START FUNCTION "hot start" - consists in temporarily increasing the welding current above the set value at the moment of arcing. This prevents the phenomenon of “sticking the electrode” in the initial phase of welding, making it easier to start the whole process.

MMA ARC FORCE “arch dynamics” – shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which stabilizes the arc, regardless of its length.
