☀ SYNERGY - is a ready-made program, thanks to which, based on a few entered data, it facilitates the preparation of the device for work in the right way. Synergy is a great convenience for DIY enthusiasts as well as for professionals.
The design and software, combined with digital control via a microcontroller, allow you to obtain the highest quality welding parameters, especially when welding aluminum and its alloys.
Inductance adjustment allows you to optimize the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions.
The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing their burn-through and braze welding of galvanized elements.
The thinner the MIG/MAG welded element, the higher the inductance should be (soft arc - less penetration), for thick elements the opposite (hard arc - greater penetration).
The standard neutral inductance setting is in the middle of the scale.
Changing the inductance value also reduces the amount of welding spatter during welding in the CO2 shield.
The optimal setting of the inductance value depends on several factors and may differ from the standard recommendations, it should be selected during welding tests by manipulating the potentiometer knob.

The MAGNUM Migomat is a device with a wide range of applications, designed as an inverter power source for welding with a MIG/MAG gas-shielded fusible wire or FCAW self-shielding wire (after changing the polarity), welding with the MMA lagging electrode, as well as with the TIG Lift method
✔ MIG/MAG welding
Gas-shielded arc welding is one of the most widely used processes for the production of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process consists in fusing the edges of the welded object and the material of the consumable electrode with the heat of an electric arc glowing between the electrode in the form of a solid wire and the welded detail, in an inert or active gas shield.
✔ MMA welding
in the MMA method, a coated electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. An electric arc is generated between the end of the electrode and the material to be welded. The arc is ignited by touching the tip of the electrode to the workpiece.
✔ TIG DC welding
In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, the electric arc is ignited in a shield of inert gas (argon), between the welded element and a non-consumable electrode made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In the TIG DC Lift mode, the arc is ignited when the electrode contacts the workpiece. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.

Thanks to the polarity reversal function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas with FCAW self-shielding wire. The wire is intended for general production works, also in field conditions, and for welding structures that are not subject to impact resistance requirements. DC(-) welding current.
Self-shielding cored wire fi 0.8mm / 1kg E71T-GS is intended for welding ordinary and high-strength carbon steels not exceeding 510 MPa .

✅ ARC FORCE : facilitates the transfer of a drop of molten electrode to the welded material, preventing the extinction of the arc when the electrode drop comes into contact with the weld pool
✅ SPOT WELDING - with the option of setting the welding time at the point. A function that allows you to perform even, spot welds or spot welding thin plates with other elements. This method is used, for example, in the production of chassis and car bodies, but also in the home workshop.
✅ CIRCULAR SPOT WELDING - Pressing the MIG torch button starts the welding current. The welding current lasts as long as it is set in the Sptt position. Then the arc is extinguished and there is a Stop pause. The pause time is adjustable and can be 0.1 ÷ 25.5 seconds. After the set Stop time has elapsed, the machine will start welding again. The weld-pause, weld-pause ... cycle lasts as long as the MIG torch button is pressed.
✅ VRD - is a voltage reduction system whose task is to turn off the power within a few milliseconds after finishing welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the covered electrode to a safe level.
✅ WIRE BURN BACK FUNCTION - It is possible to adjust the time during which the voltage at the output of the device is still present after stopping the wire feeding. This function prevents the welding wire from getting stuck in the workpiece and prepares the end of the wire for the next arc ignition. Higher values of the function cause the wire to burn closer to the contact tip.

EFFICIENT WORK WITH A PROFESSIONAL WIRE FEEDER
The welder has been equipped with a professional wire feeder, which guarantees the stability and continuity of operation of the device.
The 4-roller feeder enables precise advancement of the welding wire, excluding its slippage.
The feeder has a quick wire change knob as well as a wire feeding roller.

HANDLE WITH EURO CONNECTOR
