⏩MAGNUM MIG 221 DPS - better welding with synergistic flash
MAGNUM MIG 221 DPS 4X4 is a compact, professional welding device designed to work in MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG LIFT methods. The version with a 5 kg spool is perfect for workshops, service and light industrial applications. The four-roll wire feeder used ensures stable and precise feeding. The device offers a range of advanced features that allow you to fine-tune your welding parameters to suit your specific task
⏩Welding MIG with pulse
In MIG welding with so-called. With a pulsating arc, the end of the electrode wire melts accelerated, forming and peeling off metal droplets. The resulting welding arc and metal flow characteristics from the end of the wire to the welding lake, ensure better quality of the welded joint and less chipping. Pulsed MIG welding also reduces thermal deformations caused during welding. This process is recommended for use e.g. during welding of stainless and acid-resistant steels.
⏩Double pulse MIG welding - great program for welding aluminum
Dual pulsation MIG welding is particularly useful for welding aluminium and its alloys. Thanks to the use of a double pulse, with the appropriate setting of parameters, it is possible to obtain a weld that goes far beyond the capabilities of the conventional MIG method.
A well-made MIG weld with double pulsation is aesthetically and qualitatively similar to the welded joint obtained by TIG AC method. However, the difference is that during double pulsation MIG welding much higher efficiency is achieved, and the semi-automatic welding technology itself is much simpler for the operator than TIG welding.
⏩ SPOT WELDING
Metal Inert Gas (MIG) spot welding is a welding technique that involves creating single welding points instead of a continuous weld. The method is used when it is necessary to connect two metal elements at specific points, which allows to reduce the heating of the material and minimize deformation.
MIG spot welding is ideal for precise joining of metals at specific points, which minimizes the impact of heat on the material and allows for aesthetic, strong joints.
⏩Solid execution
The power source was built on IGBT transistors providing a minimum of electromagnetic interference, small power losses in basic circuits, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source. Very high efficiency, which translates directly into lower energy consumption, and high switching frequency, ensure rapid adjustment of the current to changes in parameters during welding.
The compact and compact design makes the device applicable in workshop and repair work, both in halls and in the field. The transport handle makes it easy to carry the device.
⏩PROFESSIONAL WIRE FEEDER
Stable feeding of welding wires of various types. Ability to work with longer MIG handles. Good welding parameters - better weld quality.
The device is equipped with a proven wire feeding mechanism that has been working in MIG/MAG devices for many years.

⏩Synergic programmes:
- Fe - non-alloy low-alloy steels,
- Ss - stainless and acid-resistant steels,
- AL4043 - welding of aluminium alloys with silicon (AlSi5), by MIG method with a single pulsation of welding current. Aluminum alloys with silicon are usually used for welding cast components
- AL5356 - welding of aluminium alloys with magnesium (AlMg5), by MIG method with a single pulsation of welding current. Aluminum alloys with magnesium are usually used for welding rolled elements.
- CuSi - soldering,
- Flux - welding with core wires, self-shielding wire,
- MIG/MAG is a popular process both in hobby applications and in industry. It consists in welding with a hot melt electrode (in the form of wire wound on a spool) in a gas shield. The advantages of semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding include: ease of mastering the method at the basic level, high welding efficiency, high quality of the resulting weld.
- SYNERGY - By setting the appropriate program or entering parameters, the device will independently select most welding settings, such as wire feed speed or appropriate voltage, according to the programmed data.
- MMA - this is probably the best known and widespread welding method. The type and diameter of the wrapped electrode is selected depending on the type of material being welded. The MMA method does not require shielding gases. Welding is carried out using an electrode in a special sheath, which under the influence of the heat of the welding arc melts to form a weld. Melting sheath provides protection for the welding lake.
- PULS - pulsing current welding, in which high and low current are alternately used. This reduces overall heat supply and splatter while providing greater resistance to non-melting. This method can be used to weld both metals with high thermal conductivity and thinner metals without burning them. Additionally, you can get narrower and more penetrating welds on thicker metals.
- DOUBLE PULSE - provides better transfer of the binder into the welded material, which fundamentally improves control over the welding process and the quality of the weld itself. It allows you to work in all positions and is especially useful for forced positions. It provides less heat impact, works well in the case of thinner materials or those with increased thermal conductivity, such as: aluminium alloys. Reduces the amount of chipping. The most advanced welding method, in which current pulses occur in two ranges, thanks to which we obtain the optimal aesthetics of the weld face, the so-called. husk effect.
- SPOT WELDING - a function that allows welding with equal points. This method is used in particular when combining thin body elements.
- TIG DC - welding with a non-melting electrode in an inert gas shield, e.g. alloy and non-alloy steels.
- IGBT - welding machine is made in modern inverter technology using IGBT transistors. Thanks to this, it has stable welding parameters, enjoys high efficiency and, above all, ensures good welding quality.
- inductance – this feature provides full control over the shape of the weld, reducing spatter and improving the quality of joints, which significantly affects aesthetics and durability.
- 2T - pressing the button initiates gas outflow and welding current, releasing the button turns off welding current and gas outflow
- 4T - pressing and releasing the handle button initiates gas outflow and welding current, re-pressing and releasing the button turns off the welding current and gas outflow,
- LUTOSPELING - is a method that resembles MIG/MAG welding to a fairly large extent, but the energy supplied in this case is much smaller. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material with which we work.
