MAGNUM MIG 201 ALU PRO is a modern semi-automatic welding machine designed to work with MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG Lift, FCAW and soldering methods. The model combines a compact design with features that realistically increase the range of applications in workshop, service and light production.

The device allows welding of black steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys, as well as self-shielding wire and soldering. Thanks to the synergistic mode, the user can quickly select operating parameters, and the manual mode allows for full, manual setting of the process.

The most important advantage of the MIG 201 ALU PRO model are synergistic programs for aluminum AlSi i AlMg with automatic single current pulsation. This solution improves the stability of the process and facilitates obtaining aesthetic welds when working with aluminum.

The clear digital display allows you to select the working method, wire diameter, shielding gas, and material. The device also offers 2T/4T modes, Hot Start and Arc Force adjustments, a test wire feed function, and a test gas flow function. Additionally, the model is equipped with a socket for connecting a Spool Gun, which increases its usability for specific aluminum welding tasks.

The power source is built using IGBT technology, resulting in high efficiency, stable operation, and reduced energy consumption. Device parameters include a 230 V power supply, welding current of 40–200 A for MIG/MAG, and 20–175 A for MMA and TIG Lift. The model supports wire sizes of 0.8 and 1.0 mm, spools up to 5 kg, and the device weighs 11 kg.

New, lightweight Ar/CO2 cylinder contains 8L (1.5 m3) of high-quality mixture consisting of 82% argon and 18% CO2, used in welding and industry.

The protective cap secures the valve against damage during transport or storage. The cylinder is full, brand new, and has a working pressure of 150 bar. Cylinders have a 10-year calibration, comply with EN-1964-1 standards, and bear the Π mark, allowing them to be used and refilled in all EU countries.

The standard W 21.8x1/14 thread for this type of gas allows compatibility with most Ar/CO2 regulators available on the market.

SG2 welding wire is a guarantee of the highest quality. Material designed for MAG welding. The wire complies with G3Si1, DIN EN ISO 14341-A, SFA/AWS 5.18:ER70S-6 has TUV, DB42.142.01, ABS, LR certificates. Recommended as welding wire for ordinary steel.
