MIG 208 Alu Synergy L 4x4 is an advanced welding device designed for professionals and demanding amateurs. Designed for manual, electric welding using MIG-MAG, MMA, TIG LIFT, FCAW and soldering methods, this device offers versatility and high efficiency in a variety of applications, from locksmith workshops to the automotive industry.

The device allows welding of all weldable metals and their alloys, including low and high alloy carbon steels, aluminum, copper and their alloys. Thanks to the use of modern transistors IGBT, MIG 208 Alu Synergy L 4x4 provides minimal electromagnetic interference, greater efficiency and reliability, as well as lower electricity consumption.

MIG 208 Alu Synergy L 4x4 offers MIG-MAG welding with traditional and synergistic settings, including ready-made programs dedicated to stainless steel, aluminum and soldering. A special distinguishing feature of this model is the presence of a four-roll 4x4 feeder and advanced synergistic programs: COLDWELD, which allows welding thin sheets without the risk of overheating, and FASTMIG, allowing for fast and deep welding with a minimum amount of chipping.

Cold weld, or cold welding, is the process of joining two metal surfaces without the use of high temperature. Instead, it involves exerting a lot of pressure on the elements in contact with each other, causing their atoms to connect with each other. This process is particularly effective for metals that have similar properties, such as aluminum or copper. Cold weld is often used in industry where it is important to maintain the integrity of materials and avoid the impact of high temperatures on their properties

  • MIG/MAG is a popular process both in hobby applications and in industry. It consists in welding with a hot melt electrode (in the form of wire wound on a spool) in a gas shield. The advantages of semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding include: ease of mastering the method at the basic level, high welding efficiency, high quality of the resulting weld.
  • FMIG - a special synergistic MIG-MAG program facilitating fast welding with a minimum of chipping.
  • SYNERGY - By setting the appropriate program or entering parameters, the device will independently select most welding settings, such as wire feed speed or appropriate voltage, according to the programmed data.
  • MMA - this is probably the best known and widespread welding method. The type and diameter of the wrapped electrode is selected depending on the type of material being welded. The MMA method does not require shielding gases. Welding is carried out using an electrode in a special sheath, which under the influence of the heat of the welding arc melts to form a weld. Melting sheath provides protection for the welding lake.
  • TIG DC - welding with a non-melting electrode in an inert gas shield, e.g. alloy and non-alloy steels.
  • SPOT WELDING - a function that allows welding with equal points. This method is used in particular when combining thin body elements.
  • COLD WELD - a special synergistic program MIG-MAG, facilitating welding of thin sheets, made of ordinary and stainless steels, limiting the amount of heat transferred to the material.
  • IGBT - welding machine is made in modern inverter technology using IGBT transistors. Thanks to this, it has stable welding parameters, enjoys high efficiency and, above all, ensures good welding quality.
  • INDUCTANCE - weld face width control and reduction of welding chipping,
  • 2T - pressing the button initiates gas outflow and welding current, releasing the button turns off welding current and gas outflow
  • 4T - pressing and releasing the handle button initiates gas outflow and welding current, re-pressing and releasing the button turns off the welding current and gas outflow,
  • S-4T - Four bars with HOT Start and end current (crater filling),
  • LUTOSPELING - is a method that resembles MIG/MAG welding to a fairly large extent, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material we work with.
