SPARTUS XPRO MIG 310 is a professional, technologically advanced semi-automatic welding machine designed for welding using the following methods:
➡ MIG/MAG:
Arc welding in gas shields (CO2 or Argon+CO2) is one of the most commonly used processes for the production of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process involves melting the edges of the welded object and the welding material (welding wire on a roll) with an electric arc produced between the welding wire fed by the handle and the welded material.
Available Modes:
- MIG MAN - MIG-MAG welding in manual (traditional) mode,
- MIG SYN - MIG/MAG welding with synergistic settings,
- FLUX / FCAW - self-shielding wire welding. This is a similar welding process as MIG/MAG but does not require a gas cylinder. On the wire there is a thin layer of powder, which at the time of arc formation produces gas covering the working area.
➡ TIG LIFT DC - welding with a non-melting electrode (tungsten) in an inert gas shield (Argon) using an additional handle. In the TIG DC Lift mode, the arc glow occurs when the electrode with the welded element is contacted (the button in the handle does not ignite the arc, the gas is connected directly from the reducer to the handle). In TIG Lift DC mode, the current is constant.
➡ MMA - classic welding with wrapped electrodes (rutile, alkaline, acidic).
The SPARTUS XPRO MIG 310 welding machine is used for welding:

✔ ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY (EMC) - SPARTUS XPRO MIG 310 is characterized by high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which guarantees stable operation without interference in demanding industrial environments. The device has been designed so as not to affect the operation of other machines and control systems, while maintaining resistance to external interference. This ensures reliable operation in the environment of automation, robots and modern production installations.
✔ INDUCTANCE ADJUSTMENT - function is useful during welding using the MIG/MAG method of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and soldering galvanized elements. Changing the inductance value also reduces the amount of welding chips during CO2 shielded welding. Thanks to the inductance adjustment, the welding machine is suitable for lutowelding. Depending on the model of the welding machine, the adjustment is automatic or can be adjusted manually.
✔ SYNERGY - is a very helpful feature available in professional welding equipment class PREMIUM. By setting the appropriate program or entering parameters, the device will independently select most welding settings, such as wire feed speed or appropriate voltage, according to the programmed data.
✔ MANUAL MODE - the ability to manually set the welding machine and make adjustments to synergistic settings (most synergistic welding machines currently available on the Polish market do not have a fully manual mode, and thus it is not possible to manually set the m.in wire feed speed, which is not always in synergy tailored to our needs).
✔ SOLDERING - is a method that is quite similar to MIG/MAG welding, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material we work with.
✔ SPOOL GUN CONNECTOR - allows you to connect a special handle with space for an additional spool with wire.
✔️ MEMORY CHANNELS - The device is equipped with a memory system that allows saving up to 20 welding programs. This enables instant recall of previously saved settings, significantly reducing setup time and ensuring high process repeatability. This feature is especially valuable for users in serial production where speed and error-free settings are crucial.
✔️ SPOT WELDING - This involves joining thin materials in a small area. Spot welding is most commonly used for sheet metal. It is also referred to as single-sided welding.
✔️ WIRE TEST - A function that allows you to run the wire feeder without activating the power source and solenoid valve. This function is used when feeding the welding wire into the torch.
✔️ GAS TEST - A function that allows you to activate the solenoid valve without activating the power source and wire feeder. This function is used to set the shielding gas flow rate and check for blockages in the gas circuit.
✔️ BURN BACK - You can adjust the time during which voltage is still present at the device's output after wire feeding stops. This function prevents the welding wire from sticking to the welded material and prepares the wire end for the next arc ignition. Higher settings for this function cause the wire to burn back closer to the contact tip.
✔️ HOT START - Makes electrode ignition easier by providing higher welding current each time the arc is struck.
✔️ ARC FORCE - This function facilitates the transfer of molten electrode droplets to the workpiece, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the electrode droplet contacts the weld pool.
✔️ SLOW FEED - Wire approach speed adjustment, allowing for stable ignition, especially when using high wire feed speeds. It minimizes the risk of welding defects at the beginning of the weld.
✔️ POST GAS - Adjustment of gas flow time after the welding arc is extinguished. This function helps to shield the weld pool. Lack of additional gas shielding can result in weld oxidation.
✔️ PRE GAS - Gas flow before arc ignition. Protects the weld pool from the harmful effects of atmospheric air. Adjustment is in seconds.
✔ FAN STOP - An additional advantage of the device is an intelligent cooling control system that starts the fan only when necessary. This translates into quieter operation, less suction of impurities and extended service life of components.
✔ S2T - special two-bar with hot start and final current.
✔ S4T - special four-bar with hot start and final current.
✔ TWO-BAR 2T - pressing the button initiates gas outflow and welding current, releasing the button turns off welding current and gas outflow.

The feeder is located inside the housing and is equipped with a practical preview and internal lighting, which makes it easy to control the spool, wire routing and roller settings. This is especially useful when replacing wire, working in less illuminated areas, and quickly inspecting the station before welding. Additionally, the space for spare rolls in the feeder provides convenient access to the most frequently used accessories without the need for additional workspace.
