IDEAL 250 PFC is a welding machine that, thanks to the use of synergistic control, is very easy to use and automatically selects welding parameters. The high power of the 250A source allows for welding thick elements, and the PFC system used makes it resistant to voltage drops, thanks to which it is possible to work on long extension cords and generator sets.

The welder has a built-in memory, so it is possible to save settings, which makes it very easy to work on different materials, without having to re-set them.

The EXPERT MIG 250 PFC SYNERGIA welder is a 3-in-1 welder that can be used for welding using the MIG/MAG , MMA (coated electrode) and TIG DC (with LIFT touch ignition) methods. The device allows for welding with a maximum current of 250A, so you can get approx. 7mm melt and weld material up to 14mm thick. The welder has a clear LED display and an easy-to-use control panel that allows for precise and accurate positioning of the welder and easy control of parameters during the welding process. The welder will automatically select the wire feed speed to suit the voltage, so when you set one parameter, the rest of the settings are made automatically. Each of the settings can be saved and returned to it if necessary, e.g. when we have repetitive work. In addition, we have an impact on the spillage and placement of the weld, thanks to regulated inductance. Inductance additionally allows welding of very thin elements below 1mm thickness and conducts the process of soldering CUSI3 galvanized sheets, which are often used in car bodies.

The biggest advantage of the welding machine is resistance to large voltage drops, thanks to the built-in PFC function. This guarantees a stable welding process with large voltage drops in the network, when working on long extension cords and using a generator set. The device is able to work with voltage drops of up to 15%.

The EXPERT MIG 250 PFC by IDEAL is a technologically advanced, synergistic semi-automatic welding machine equipped with a professional feeder 4 × 4. Such a feeder guarantees work without wire jams when welding even with a 5m handle! Welding can be carried out classically using the 2T method (welding with the handle button pressed), or the 4T method used for longer welds (without the need to hold the handle button).

A big advantage of the welding machine is the possibility of connecting a SPOOL GUN type handle, with a wire feeder built into the handle, so you can weld with various wires (black steel, 308, 316, aluminum, CuSi soldering), without having to change the welding machine. The great advantage of this solution is the stable feeding of wire, which affects the quality of the weld. The handle is not included in the equipment, but it is available in our offer.
