EXPERT MIG 301 PULSE Pro7 LCD is a modern, inverter welding source with a synergistic and multifunctional character, designed for arc welding using MIG/MAG, FLUX, TIG LIFT and MMA (wrapped electrode). The device allows pulsed current welding - both single and double - which increases the precision and quality of the weld.

The welder has been designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work, through welding steel structures, to repairing car bodies.

EXPERT MIG 301 is perfectly suited for soldering galvanized sheets and welding stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel and aluminium. The welding process can be carried out in the shield of inert gases, active gases, gas mixtures or - with reverse polarity - without the use of protective gas.

Quick synergistic adjustment of welding parameters through a 7-inch touch LCD display makes the device very easy to use. Just set the thickness and type of welded material and start welding: intelligent and automatic welding arc control system, step by step, will choose the best parameters, for each welding position and for each material. The user can also manually set the length of the welding arc and adjust the appearance of the weld to suit their needs. With the MIG/MAG method, we can choose the button mode in the handle, between working in SPOT mode (point welding), 2-bar (without lock), 4-bar (button lock for long welds), S2-bar and S4-bar.

The device has a manual mode (MIG MAN) and a synergistic mode (MIG SYN) with the possibility of adjusting:

The four-roll wire feeder type 4R guarantees precise and stable wire feeding, regardless of its type, diameter or spool weight. The mechanism with four independently driven rollers with high downforce ensures smooth and even operation, eliminating the risk of slips, jumps and interference with arc stability.
