The Petrified Fish Beluga Mini PF-P01X YW Yellow folding knife is an everyday tool. The Mini version differs from the Beluga base model mainly in size (173 mm vs 210 mm).

Bieluga with a fairly wide blade and a armor located at the top of the blade and, above all, opening in the form of a top fin (front flipper) stands out among other models of Petrified Fish. The working drop point blade with a very universal application and Swedish Sanddvik 14C28N steel, which is the core of the structure, emphasizes the usability of the knife. Beluga is certainly an interesting tool for everyday use.

The Petrified Fish Beluga Mini PF-P01X YW Yellow folding knife has a powerful drop point blade made of 14C28N steel coated with titanium and finished in stonewash style. The handle of the knife is made of yellow composite G10. The design of the knife is complemented by backspacer z G10 and titanium fixing clip. Opening of the knife occurs thanks to the protruding upper fin (front flipper) and the blade blocks the liner lock.

Sturdy and usable 14C28N steel blade

Sandblasted, led out with flat blade and finished in the style of drop point, blade makes the knife very versatile and functional. The material used to make the cutting part is high quality Swedish Sandvik 14C28N steel. Steel is characterized by high hardness and increased corrosion resistance, long maintains sharpness and has high resistance to mechanical damage.

The blade was coated with a black titanium coating, strengthening its strength, and acting anti-reflectively and finished in stonewash style.

Free opening via front flipper and liner lock

Opening of the knife is done thanks to the front flipper (upper fin) protruding from the blade. Unfolding of the knife occurs very freely and smoothly thanks to equipping it with ceramic ball bearings. The knife has a stable and durable lock that automatically adjusts when opening it, protecting against uncontrolled closure during use (liner lock).

Sturdy handle with G10

The handle linings are made of thick, durable G10 composite. The cover material is resistant to moisture, temperature changes, most solvents and acids and most importantly is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage. The ergonomic handle adapts very well to the hand and provides a stable and strong grip. The covers were reinforced with backspace z G10.

Titanium carrying clip

Titanium clip ensures stable carrying of the knife in the pocket, attachment in a backpack, pannier, kidney, etc., which contributes to minimizing the risk of losing the tool. The clip can be mounted on both sides of the handle for ease of use by right and left-handed people. Klips has a deep carry design, i.e. allows you to hide the attached knife deep in your pocket and discreetly carry it. For ease of identification, the name of the knife is applied to the clip. In the back of the knife, where the backspacer ends, there is a hole for connecting a paracord, leash or knife ornament.
