Sliding gate drive KSE180-DG: Reliability and convenience in the new version. Equipped with precision magnetic limit switches and an innovative digital controller, the KSE180-DG ensures ease of use and seamless integration into your gateway. Our machine features a solid aluminum body, resistant housing and durable transmission, which provides unparalleled strength. In addition, its ability to move gates weighing up to 1000 kg at speed 12 m/min guarantees exceptional performance. When designing the drive, we tried to ensure that it met the conditions prevailing in Poland throughout the year. The body is made of cast aluminum, which will certainly guarantee high strength for the important element in which the engine is located. To ensure adequate protection of electronics, as well as to reduce the impact of the external environment we used a plastic cover. Each of these details translates into user safety and stable operation, over years of use.

The KSE180-DG has self-lubricating transmissions, unlike the oil floods often used in automatic machines, which can unseal over time, causing the engine to blur. In addition, to be able to enjoy the drive longer, we used a 370W brushless motor. It is vital and provides stable and reliable work even in severe winter. While devices equipped with mechanical switches can be unreliable, the KSE motor is stopped by effective magnetic limit switches.

The most important thing is that the KSE drive can be mounted by yourself! Same! You can do it yourself after reading our instructions. And if something is unclear, our technicians are here to help. You will certainly be proud of the work done and the money saved.

• Auto-reverse function. Are you afraid that the machine will hit your car and you will be left with a dent? Do not worry, photocells protect against such accidents. After all, if the machine encounters an obstacle, it will automatically retract the gate. Sensitivity adjustable with buttons and digital display.
• Gentle start and stop of the actuator: in order for the drive to hold firmly to the foundation and to maintain a high working culture of the gate, the engine will slowly accelerate and stop the movement of the gate.
• Auto-closing function: Are you worried that you will forget to close the gates behind you? You can open the gate and drive away by car without closing it, and the machine will do it for you.
• Emergency opening in case of power outage: You do not have to worry because when there is a power failure or power outage, you can easily open and close the gate using the opening emergency key.
• External control of the machine: Do you need to open the drive from the garage with the push of a button? No problem. We can also easily connect an external receiver to the KSE board or control the machine using the button on the videophone and intercom, combination keyboard. Thanks to this, you can connect an external radio receiver to the device and control it with remote controls from different manufacturers. The user can set for each digital input 1 of 8 functions.

• amperometric protection: during the movement of the gate, the electronics measure the motor current on an ongoing basis. After exceeding the value set by the potentiometer (e.g. when encountering an obstacle), the machine reacts according to the emergency situation.
• Optical protection: photocells can be connected to the machine. Even before the gate hits the obstacle, the system will detect its presence and react in an appropriate manner. Possibility to connect more optical detectors and other protections (e.g. emergency button).
• Auto-locking the actuator after stopping: you do not need to use additional locks on the gate to protect it from intruders. The construction of the automatic transmission makes it completely unnecessary.
• Additional cover covering electronics: helps protect the board from moisture and the visit of uninvited guests in the form of insects.
