This plating is created in Poland for the renowned German brand FreiGarten. de and meets high quality standards – solid workmanship, thick material and details designed for long outdoor use.

PANAMA PVC 370 g/m² – full waterproof and resistant

The roof is made of high quality PANAMA PVC material with a weight of 370 g/m². This ensures very high water resistance and a long service life of the plating. The material is durable, wear-resistant, and suitable for outdoor use throughout the season.

UV coating – colour remains intense

Special UV coating protects the fabric from fading, thanks to which the roof retains its aesthetic appearance for longer. This is especially important with constant exposure to the sun.

Separate upper visor – better air circulation

The roof structure has a separate upper canopy (ventilation), which improves air circulation under the pavilion. On hot days, it helps to reduce heating and “sultry air” inside, increasing the comfort of rest. In addition, this solution promotes the stability of the plating in wind gusts.

Strong seams and saddlery threads – resistance to wind gusts

Solid stitching and durable saddlery threads used by m.in. were used for sewing sails. Thanks to this, the structure gains above-average resistance to stress and wind gusts, and the roof works better in more difficult conditions.

8 reinforcement pockets – maximum roof stabilization

The roof is designed with durability and safety in mind. 8 special stabilizing pockets are sewn into the construction, which allow solid embedding of the plating on the pavilion frame.

Each corner and key construction points have reinforced mounting points, thanks to which:

✔ roof remains evenly tensioned

✔ material does not slip and does not move

✔ construction is more resistant to wind gusts

✔ the whole looks aesthetically pleasing and professional

Precise stitching and matching pockets cover the tubular frame, stabilizing the entire structure and increasing its service life. The appropriate tension of the material translates not only into better strength, but also into a neat appearance of the pavilion throughout the season.

This solution ensures full functionality and confidence that the roof will be stable even with more intensive use.

Long Velcro 24 cm – quick installation on the frame up to Ø 8 cm

The roof uses long Velcro (24 cm) on the material pad, which includes frame elements up to 8 cm in diameter. This makes installation simpler and more secure, and the entire structure remains stable and securely fastened. The Velcro is roof-colored, so it stays discreet and doesn't spoil the look.

Drainage holes – effective water drainage

The plating integrates 8 drainage holes (2 on each side), which improve water drainage. This solution limits the so-called. "balloon effect" and helps prevent deformation of the roof under the weight of residual water, which further extends its durability.

Reinforced corner pocket – solid backrest

Each corner of the roof has been equipped with a specially designed mounting pocket, into which an element of the pavilion frame is inserted. It is at these points that the greatest stresses are transferred, which is why the corners have been additionally strengthened and carefully sewn.

Application of corner pocket:

• ensures stable roof placement on the structure

• reduces material clearance and movement

• improves the tension of the entire plating

• increases durability in the most stressed areas

Thanks to this, the roof securely “holds” the frame, and the entire structure maintains proper geometry and aesthetic appearance even under intensive use.

Production in Poland + Polish suppliers of materials

The roof was produced in Poland – sewn in our sewing room in Poland, using materials obtained from Polish suppliers. Thanks to this, you can be sure of consistent quality of workmanship, short supply chain and efficient service.
