How does the electric filter consumption indicator work?

The Dafi Crystal jug is equipped with a filter-LED replacement indicator, which shows at what stage your filter wears out. When it appears on the pitcher:

• blue light – your filter is good and you can still use it
• yellow light – be prepared to replace the filter
• red light – it is necessary to replace the filter immediately.

Is a water filter jug for you?

By drinking one and a half liters of water every day in a plastic bottle, you spend over PLN 550 per year and throw away about 18 kg of plastic per person. Filter composition:

• active carbon, which removes chlorine and all its derivatives, and other substances that can disturb the smell and taste of your tap water.
• ion exchange resin, which is responsible for removing heavy metals such as e.g. Lead or copper, additionally reduces water hardness.

The efficiency of the Dafi Classic filter is 100-150 litres / 30 days.

Important information about the LED filter replacement indicator!

The LED indicator is located on the lid of the jug and is a drop-shaped button. To start the sensor, press and hold it for a few seconds until it turns blue. Since then, the indicator counts down the life of the filter, which is about 30 days. Over time, its color changes. What do the different colors mean?

• blue – the filter works properly
• yellow – be prepared to replace the cartridge, it will soon be necessary (e.g. check if you have filters, get them),
• red – the filter has worn out, replace it as soon as possible.

Important! The sensor does not light up all the time. Color appears when the pitcher is tilted.
