Are you wondering which HELPA porridge to buy to start with? With you in mind, we have prepared our new set. STARTER is a set of two Bio One-component Porridges and Bio Flavour Wands, i.e. freeze-dried fruit and vegetable dusts.

Preparation method:

Prepare 200 ml of water or milk in a cooking dish. Pour slowly two tablespoons of porridge and mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until a uniform consistency and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour the finished porridge into a bowl and mix with the selected Flavour Wand.

Storage method:

Once opened, store in a dry and cool place in a tightly closed package.
