The next generation portable R255TBL table saw from Evolution is here. Designed to replace the RAGE5-S and other 255mm saws, it is ready to deliver new standards of accuracy, reliability and efficient cutting in a variety of materials.

The R255TBL table saw is more accurate. A clean top-to-bottom design with dual rack and pinion gear and anti-bending protection ensures accurate, repeatable cuts. A new blade height and miter angle micro-adjustment mechanism provides wobble-free adjustment. Our patented blade-to-fence parallelism adjustment allows for perfectly aligned cuts in full-size sheets. The R255TBL also features a metal throat plate with corner height adjustment.

The R255TBL is more versatile. The integrated miter guide uses an industry-standard channel profile for compatibility with third-party accessories, as well as our own miter guide. It offers a cutting depth of 85mm at 90 degrees and 58mm at 45 degrees. It has a wider, cast table designed to handle 8x4 sheets, but still weighs less than the RAGE5-S. Add to that improved dust extraction, multi-material cutting, tool-free setup and adjustment, and you have the most versatile table saw we’ve ever made.

The R255TBL is safer. The more powerful 1650W motor features thermal overload protection and a paddle-style emergency stop. The blade guard provides improved cut visibility, and the quick-change blade design with bevel and side adjustments provides safer cutting. The new motor housing provides improved dust extraction, improved cleaning access, and blade changes are easier than ever before.

The R255TBL 255mm portable table saw is built to tackle any home project or jobsite cutting task. It is stronger, more accurate, safer to use and significantly faster and easier to set up than the RAGE5-S table saw it replaces. It is ready to deliver our "one blade cuts all" technology for cutting multiple materials, as well as the accuracy and quality of finish required for woodworking projects.

*The R255TBLX comes standard with a new tubular steel wheeled support. Secured to the table with 4 screws, it gives you the flexibility to use your new table saw as a table-mounted or stand-mounted machine, and can be swapped between the two in less than a minute.
