CHARACTERISTIC
The kit is designed to repair damaged threads in engines and other vehicle components. Drills and taps are made of HSS4341 high-speed steel.
Single-stage taps, cut the thread into which a spiral insert of hard stainless steel is inserted. A guide knob and a punch are used to insert the insert, which breaks the protruding tip of the insert.
