Description:

The bushing is a self-cutting thread insert with internal and external thread, with a notching groove. When screwing in, the groove cuts the thread and therefore the insert must be directed with a groove to the material with a hole. In the groove area, the mounted insert springs slightly inwards. After screwing in the fastener (e.g. screws), the insert exerts pressure on the screw thread and the screw connector is secured. The insert ensures a high-strength thread connection that is resistant to vibration and wear.
