Moluscocide in the form of granular bait ready for use (RB), intended mainly for the control of naked snails (in the case of ornamental plants also corrupted snails).

Thanks to the properly selected bait, the product effectively attracts snails and is willingly eaten by them. As a result of the consumption of the agent by snails, their numbness occurs, and then pests die as a result of dehydration of the body. The agent contains a bitter substance to prevent accidental ingestion.

The product is intended for use manually, by application directly from the packaging or by means of applicators for granulated plant protection products. It should be applied evenly over the entire surface of the soil between plants and along the edges of the beds. Do not sprinkle crops.

Snail

Snails can be seen mainly in the evening or at night. During the day they leave their hiding places especially after the rain. Although many species live in water, in Poland individuals living on land are particularly burdensome. Their presence in the garden means damage to crops. Pests attack not only vegetables, but also trees and shrubs. They bite the leaves and leave longitudinal holes on them. The presence of snails is betrayed by streaks of light mucus, which appear along the paths on which pests roam. Near the crops you can meet both naked and corrupted snails.

Acquisitions of plant protection products through the conclusion of a distance contract may be carried out only by persons of legal age and possessing the qualifications required of persons purchasing plant protection products referred to in Article 28. PRECAUTIONS, WITHDRAWAL PERIODS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF USE

Period from the last application of the product to the date of harvest of the crop (withdrawal period):

1. In the case of annual plants, it is recommended to perform the first treatment after preparing the growing station, up to 7 days before sowing or planting, if necessary, perform subsequent treatments after sunrise or seedlings with a 14-day interval.

2. Perform the procedure before snails enter the shoots/stems of plants.

3. The best effects of control are obtained by performing the procedure before the damage to the crop occurs.

4. Before applying to coarse soil, it is recommended to level it so that the granules do not penetrate the gaps and remain easily accessible to snails.

5. The best effects of combating are obtained using the agent in the afternoon or evening, during medium humid weather.

PRECAUTIONS FOR PERSONS USING THE MEASURE, EMPLOYEES AND BYSTANDERS

All interested parties who have requested such information should be informed of this fact before applying the measure.

Do not eat, drink or smoke while using the product.

Wear protective gloves (nitrile) during the procedure.

Period from the application of the measure to the date on which humans may enter the area where the measure is applied and animals may be introduced (prevention period):

PRECAUTIONS RELATED TO ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Do not contaminate water with a plant protection product or its packaging. Do not wash apparatus near surface water. Avoid water pollution through drainage ditches from farms and roads.

Avoid inconsistent release into the environment.

CONDITIONS FOR STORAGE AND SAFE DISPOSAL OF THE PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT AND PACKAGING

Protect from children.

Protect pets from contact with the preparation.

Keep the plant protection product:

- in original packaging,

- in such a way as to prevent contact with food, beverages or feed, contamination of the environment and access by third parties,

- at 0°C - 30°C.

It is prohibited to use empty packaging of plant protection products for other purposes.

Transfer the unused fund to the entity authorized to collect waste.

Empty packaging in the middle is recommended to be returned to the seller of plant protection products or can be treated as municipal waste. If you have any doubts about the handling of packaging, please advise the seller of plant protection products.
