SOLID SUPPORT SPRING MATTRESS - CONSTRUCTION

Pocket springs – cylindrical springs placed in separate textile bags (so-called. pockets). They are made of high-quality steel, which ensures durability and flexibility. Their greatest advantage is their ability to work independently of each other. Each spring responds individually to pressure, allowing for a better fit to your body shape and reducing the transfer of movement from one part of the mattress to another. This means that when one spring is pressed, the adjacent ones do not deform, which helps to maintain the stability and balance of the entire sleeping surface.

Polyurethane foam – a flexible material with exceptional adaptive properties. Its main feature is the ability to adapt to the anatomical structure of the user's body, which translates into ensuring even distribution of pressure on the surface of the mattress. This is crucial for providing adequate support to the figure. The advantage of this foam is also its resistance to deformation. Even with long-term use, it retains its elasticity and does not lose its support properties. It minimizes the risk of allergic reactions, which is important for healthy and safe sleep.

Comfort cover – created from carefully selected materials to ensure optimal sleep conditions and ensure a longer life of the mattress. It is made of Cloud white fabric with a weight of 120 g, which ensures softness and softness in contact with the body. In addition, the non-woven layer with a weight of 200 g makes the cover solid and durable. It has a zipper in contrasting graphite color. Its resolving design allows for easy two-part unfastening, making it easy to maintain and keep the cover clean. The permissible washing temperature without the risk of damage to the fabric is 40°C.

To ensure proper support and proper ventilation, and thus prevent deformation of the product / medical device, the mattress should be laid on the ground in the form of a flexible or wooden frame. The frame should have spacing between the slats of 3 to 4 cm and consist of a minimum of 18 slats, which guarantees proper use of the mattress.
