Shimano Sephia XR is one of the best EGI rods in our offer. Originally designed for the most advanced squid anglers, it will work great as a stronger rod for trout or perch fishing. The design of the Sephia XR knows no compromise. Thanks to our best carbon braid technologies (Spiral X Core, Hi-Power X), we have created a specialized and most advanced rod series of this type available in Europe. Sephia XR was created in Japan and is the work of experienced experts in the field of blank construction material, who used their knowledge and experience to create one of the world's best blanks with semi-parabolic action.

The ultra-light and highly responsive Shimano Sephia XR rod blank was built using state-of-the-art Spiral X Core technology. The core of the rod is made of carbon tape in NANO technology in spiral braid. Thanks to this, the rod received more power and durability, without increasing its weight at the same time. The Spiral X Core not only increases the overall strength of the rod, but also reduces the sprains that arise on the blank during towing. This results in increased accuracy of throws, increased sensitivity of the blank and definitely better impressions from the lobby. Complementing this modern rod is the Hi-Power X external cross reinforcement braid, which increases the power of the rod and makes its tip less susceptible to breakage as a result of overload.

Such an exclusive rod required the use of the highest quality components. We armed them with Shimano X and Fuji Titanium SiC guides, thus achieving lightness and great casting performance. We have also designed, specifically for the needs of this rod, a handle made of lightweight EVA foam. The project was complemented by the use of our most advanced resonance technology, including the Carbon Monocoque bottom. Made of carbon, the hollow bottom ensures that the overall sensitivity of the rod has been increased by as much as 140% compared to standard blanks from other manufacturers.

The Sephia XR rods are designed to the highest standard, offering the perfect combination of lightness and power. Our offer includes three rods designed for light, medium and medium-heavy fishing, with the S83ML model armed with a special SoftTube TOP tip for the highest sensitivity and better presentation of small lures.
