Description of the item:
We offer you a set for wet sandblasting using a pressure washer, it is used in cleaning difficult dirt that can not be removed with the use of ordinary pressure nozzles even with the help of aggressive chemistry. The kit is compatible with the original Karcher pistols of the K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7 series.
NOTE!!!
The set is equipped with a ceramic sleeve, which under the influence of use is subject to constant cushioning-abrasion (this is a natural process of operation). The condition of the bushing should be monitored on an ongoing basis. During visible wear, immediately replace with a new one, no replacement will lead to damage to the injector. The sleeve is a consumable element is NOT covered by the warranty!
On other offers we have spare CERAMIC bushings and REINFORCED hardened steel.

How the sandblasting kit works :
The sandblasting device works on a simple injector principle.
The high water pressure produced by the washer is used as a force that produces a vacuum in the injector chamber as a result of which the sand (granules) is drawn by the suction weigher inside the nozzle and with the water pressure (which the washer has) directed to the cleaned surface.
Sanding nozzle :
The standard sand nozzle is made of porcelain, which maximizes the life of the set.
Both pressure and sand nozzles are made of extremely hard and wear-resistant material.
Additional sand bushings can be purchased at other auctions.
The set includes :
- Injector corps.
- Ceramic sand nozzle (inside the body)
