Polyphosphate works in two ways:
1. It reacts with calcium, magnesium and iron compounds found in water, stabilizing them and preventing their aggregation into larger crystals.
2. It forms a thin layer inside the pipes preventing the deposition and formation of stone deposits.
ATTENTION! Polyphosphate does NOT soften water.
