▶ METHOD OF USE

1. Power connection:

• Before connecting, make sure that the voltage and frequency of the electrical network are in accordance with the requirements of the machine.
• Check that the power switch is set to “OFF”.

2. Needle assembly:

• When inserting the needle into the clamp, push it up as much as possible.
• Tighten the clamp screw firmly with a screwdriver.

3. Speed control:

• You adjust the sewing speed using the foot controller, which allows you to precisely adjust the speed of work.

4. Checking the needle:

• Regularly inspect the needles for burrs or blunting to avoid damage to the material.
• Blurring on knitwear is often caused by a damaged needle.

5. Preparation of sewing material:

• Smooth the threads towards the back and lower the foot.
• Make sure that the soft bend runs along the wall of the guide.
• Spread the material flat, right side up.

6. Sewing:

• The stitch is sewn with two stitches forward and one backward, creating a seam that is more tear-resistant.
• Before sewing, clothing should be polished to better fit the material.

7. Change of sewing direction:

• To change the direction of sewing, stop the machine and turn the balance wheel to each other to insert the needle into the material.
• Lift the foot, rotate the material around the needle and continue sewing in the desired direction.

8. Sewing buttonholes:

• To repeat sewing the buttonhole, turn the knob counterclockwise to set it to 1, then reset it by turning it clockwise.
• After this operation, the machine will be ready to make another buttonhole.

9. Embroidery of buttonhole:

• Place the garment under the foot and lower the needle at the starting point.
• Lower the foot for automatic hemming of holes.
• Sew slowly, and when finished, stop the machine at the starting point.

10. Button holder:

• The button holder in the foot supports buttons up to 2,5 cm in diameter.
• The size of the hole is automatically set by placing a button in the foot for automatic holes.
