1 Is the pouf immediately ready for use?

Yes! Pouf is already delivered completed and ready for use. If necessary, you can easily sprinkle or add regranulate through the AutoLock ZIP zipper.

2 What is Styrofoam regranulate?

Styrofoam regranulate is otherwise ground Styrofoam. Styrofoam balls have an irregular, jagged shape, but due to overflowing in the middle of Styrofoam pouf is still comfortable and adapts well to the user's figure.

3 Does the filling beat and need to be completed?

Each pouf contains between 75 and 90 litres of regranulate, depending on the production batch. Styrofoam filling naturally whips. With intensive use, it is worth adding the cartridge (approx. 10-20 L) every 6 to 9 months to restore its full volume and comfort. Additional filling is available in our offer.

4 Does pouf smell when unpacked?

The new pouf may have a delicate smell that disappears after 24 to 48 hours. Just ventilate the pouf in a dry room or on the balcony – the smell will completely evaporate.

5 What to do if the pouf is too hard/too compact for me at first?

Relax! Pouf is intentionally filled with the maximum amount of regranulate. In time, he will get beaten up and be perfect. However, if you need more softness and cavity right away, you can easily sprinkle 10-20 liters of regranulate through the zipper.

6 Is Faux Leather Stain Resistant and Dust Resistant?

The material is high-quality faux leather upholstery, which is easy to clean. All you need is a damp cloth. Our faux leather is certified and should not dust, provided proper indoor use.
