Professional template for fast and repeatable drilling holes for ASSY Matrix self-drilling screws and compatible mounting systems. Designed for the daily work of carpenters and furniture fitters – without measuring, without mistakes and without wasting time.
The template allows you to make precise boreholes in both lower and upper cabinets. With its symmetrical design, it can be used on the right and left sides of the body.
Application
The template is designed to make mounting holes for self-drilling screws:
Lower cabinets:
- 25 / 75 mm — for traverses
- 25 / 180 mm — body joints
Upper cabinets:
- 25 / 160 mm — body joints
All holes have offset:
- 9 mm from the edge of the
format (corresponding to the axis of the plate 18 mm)
Sturdy construction
The template is made of durable PETG in FDM 3D printing technology and equipped with 6 steel guide sleeves:
- Inner diameter: 3 mm
- Length: 12 mm
Long bushings ensure stable drill guidance and high repeatability of wells.
Thoughtful positioning system
The template has a three-piece design with movable stops at the ends. The stops are pushed to the front or back edge of the form, allowing you to quickly set the right spacing without additional measurements.
All holes are described by distances from the edge, making the work quick and intuitive.
