It is a starter material that allows to independently prepare the substrate and control the entire growth process – from mycelium grains to first fruiting bodies!

🔬 What is granular mycelium?

Grain mushroom is a culture of Brown Mushroom inoculated on cereal grains, created to be transferred to the prepared substrate. Thanks to this:

• it is easily mixed with the ground,
• quickly colonizes the substrate,
• It works great in home and hobby cultivation.

Brown mushroom is a variety of mushroom with a darker, brown hat and compact pulp, which distinguishes it from the classic white mushroom. It is valued for its clear, slightly nutty aroma and good durability after harvest.

It works great in the kitchen – ideal for frying, stewing, grilling, as well as an addition to soups, sauces and one-pot dishes.

In cultivation, brown mushrooms require similar conditions as other mushrooms: moderate temperature, moist substrate and limited light access, which makes its breeding at home or on a small farm easy and satisfying.

The Brown Oven granular mushroom is located in a special bag with a microfilter, which protects it from infection and at the same time allows for proper gas exchange during growth.

🌱 Cultivation details:

• Place: cool place in the house, basement or shady place in the garden
• Substrate: horse, pig, rabbit or chicken manure mixed with straw
• Breeding temperature: +12°C – +21°C
• Packaging capacity: about 1L
