⭐ Here is a short training plan using resistance rubbers for pull-ups:

▶ Warm-up (5 minutes): Start your workout with a short warm-up that includes dynamic stretching of the shoulders, shoulders and back.

▶ Series 1 - Neutral pull-up: We start by pulling up to shoulder width using medium resistance rubber (e.g. black or purple).

• ✔ Perform 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions.
• ✔ Rest 60 seconds between sets.

▶ Series 2 - Pull-up with a pick-up: Then proceed to pull-up with a pull-up, also using medium resistance rubber.

• ✔ Perform 3 sets of 6-8 repetitions.
