The original Philips filter effectively protects against limescale build-up, while extending the life of the machine and improving the quality and taste of the coffee being prepared.

To ensure the best results, it is recommended to replace the filter at least once every three months.

Thanks to the use of a filter, the water always remains fresh, properly filtered and delicate in taste, which translates into a better aroma of coffee and tea.

Designed specifically for Saeco/Philips machines, the filters are placed directly in the water tank, where they help maintain a neutral pH.

Lubrication of the brewing block of the machine makes mechanical parts work more efficiently and optimally. Lack of lubrication causes problems with the proper functioning of the brewing block - the "heart" of the machine after some time.

If we brew up to 5 coffees a day, the manufacturer recommends lubrication for up to 4 months. In the case of brewing from 6 to 10 coffees a day - every 2 months. Brewing more than 10 coffees a day requires lubrication 1 time a month. The tube is enough for multiple uses.

Please follow the following indications:

1. Turn off the coffee maker from contact.
2. Remove the brewing block from the machine and rinse it with lukewarm running water; allow to dry.
3. Apply a thin layer of grease to the plunger of the brewing block.
4. Apply a thin layer of grease around the roller, which is located at the bottom of the block.
5. Apply a thin layer of grease on the guides - on both sides.
6. Put the block in its place.
7. Turn on the coffee maker to contact- READY.
