Resveratrol is an organic chemical compound (polyphenol derivative of stilbene) with unusual properties discovered and used already in ancient traditional Chinese medicine

How is resveratrol used?

The recommended maximum daily dose is 1 g of powder, which should be dissolved in 200 ml of water or consumed directly with a tablespoon of oil or oil. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
