Robust, steel hinge adjustable with M20 thread, designed for mounting heavy swing gates and wickets. The hybrid design makes it easy to install on a variety of surfaces:

1. Szyld (100x100 mm): It has 4 holes, which allows for stable screwing of the hinge to a masonry post (concrete, clinker) or steel.
2. Ear (Black): Made of raw steel, dedicated to welding to the gate frame.

• READY FOR WELDING: The hinge ear is made of "black steel" (ungalvanized). Thanks to this, the welder does not have to grind the zinc coating before welding, which guarantees a durable weld and no toxic zinc fumes.
• FULL ADJUSTMENT: With the M20 screw, you can smoothly adjust the distance of the wing from the post. This is a rescue in situations where:

  The post "works" in winter (the ground freezes and blows up the posts).

  The gate will fall under its own weight after a few years.

  There are extreme temperatures (thermal expansion of the metal).

• CORROSION PROTECTION: The signboard, screw and nuts are galvanized, which ensures high rust resistance in outdoor conditions.
