• Watch out for cheaper benches without adjusting the height of the stands - some of them prevent you from lifting the barbell after changing the angle of the backrest!

• The XG-600 bench is equipped with a system lift with two handles on a special flange. In practice, this means that using the XG-600 you can train all the most important muscle groups almost like on a bodybuilding atlas (the cost of which several times exceeds the cost of the bench offered).
• The lift uses a press load tray - training is possible after mounting this element on the back of the bench and lifting the backrest. Unused press can be placed in a visible tray on the right side, which can also be used as a neck stand.
