All you have to do is change the angle of inclination or adjust the stabilization to train exactly as required by the sequence.

Train your chest muscles

With the STRIDE bench, you can effectively develop your chest muscles. Position the bench flat to perform classic dumbbell squeezing or work at a positive angle to engage the top of the cage. In the negative setting, you can in turn focus on the lower parts of the pectoral muscles.

Shoulders and biceps

Lifting dumbbells in the seat or hammer curl will be done comfortably thanks to a stable seat and appropriate forearm support. STRIDE helps you focus on your technique and reduces unnecessary tension in your shoulders.
