The stabilized power supply is used to power antenna amplifiers through a coaxial cable supplying the signal from the amplifier output to the OTV antenna input. This is possible thanks to the use of a power splitter located in the coaxial plug, which is equipped with a power supply.

The power supply is adapted to continuous operation. After mounting the coaxial cable to the splitter and turning on the power supply to the mains socket, it can remain in the on state. The correct operation of the power supply will be indicated by the illumination of the control diode on the housing. in the case of faulty connection of the coaxial cable to the splitter or amplifier output (short circuit of the braid and internal cable), the control diode does not illuminate.

The power supply has a smooth regulation of the output voltage, this allows you to change the gain of the antenna amplifier.
