Organizational foam (graphite-red) by ENERGOTYTAN Poland is designed for self-made personalized tool cartridge inside the suitcase, tool box, workbench, etc.

Thanks to the two-layer construction, this solution ensures maximum security of stored equipment and immediate verification of the completeness of the set. The blue primer works on the basis of visual mechatronics in the Lean / 5S standard – just a glance is enough to see the missing tool (the lack of an object clearly signals the exposed blue point).

The foam has been precisely cut to the factory shape of the interior of the suitcase, which prevents it from moving and eliminates undeveloped spaces.

Instructions for making a "shadow board":

1. Fit: If necessary, cut the foam to the desired dimension.
2. System planning: Arrange tools, measuring instruments, sensors, etc. on the surface of the foam.
3. Drawing: Thoroughly outline the shapes with a marker (we recommend a marker for deep holes by Lyra).
4. Incision: Remove objects and cut the foam after the stroke to the desired depth (we recommend a 9 mm knife with an unsegmented Tajima blade).
5. Selecting a layer: Slide your fingers into the incised gap and pry the foam layer at the desired depth.
6. Removing material: Evenly tear out the cut part of the foam.
7. Finish: In case of unevenness at the bottom of the cut pocket, align the surface with a knife.

Hint: Preparing the cartridge requires precision and manual skills. The foam is characterized by medium hardness – working with it requires a bit of accuracy, but this guarantees exceptional durability, resistance to deformation and a secure hold of tools without the risk of them falling out.
