FULL FUNCTIONALITY

The WELDMAN POWER MIG 210 II LCD welding machine is a 3in1 welding machine that can be used for welding using MIG/MAG, MMA (wrapped electrode) and TIG DC (with LIFT touch welding). The device was built on IGBT transistors ensuring high efficiency and rapid adjustment of current to changes in parameters during welding.

SIMPLE CONTROLS - PANEL WITH 2 KNOBS AND Polish IN THE MENU

The device has synergistic control, thanks to which the selection of parameters takes place automatically. We use two knobs to control. A huge plus of the semi-automatic is perfectly selected in terms of graphic menu and support in Polish.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS OF THE SEMI-AUTOMATIC

SPOT WELDING - MIG MAG function rarely found in this class of devices is much more versatile than in TIG, although showing lower metallurgical purity. It does not require a perfect combination of elements.

FULL SYNERGY - this is a modern electronic microprocessor control that automatically selects operating parameters depending on the wire diameter, type and thickness of the material.

REG. INDUCTION - allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site. The sheet does not deform and the protective layer of zinc is not damaged, useful in lutowelding.

HOT START function "hot start" - consists in temporarily increasing the welding current above the set value at the moment of arcing. This prevents the phenomenon of “sticking the electrode” in the initial phase of welding, making it easier to start the whole process.

ARC FORCE “arch dynamics” – shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which stabilizes the arc, regardless of its length.

MEMORY SETTINGS - 4 programmable memory channels to save your own programs.

SLOW FEED - regulation of the access speed of the wire, allows stable glow especially in cases of high speed of wire feeding. It reduces the risk of welding defects at the beginning of the weld to a minimum.

SPOOL GUN - welding torch with built-in wire feeder. It is used mainly in car workshops and in welding thin sheets, it is perfect for hard-to-reach places and at heights. A spool with welding wire is placed in the handle of the handle. The handle has a standard EURO connection and a control plug.

PRE GAS + POST GAS - function helpful to cover the welding lake. The lack of additional gas shielding may result in oxidation of the weld.

4-ROLL FEEDER - is a fully professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum. It is equipped with 4 rollers driven by gears. It is designed to work under heavy loads.

TIG LIFT WELDING

The welding machine also allows you to weld the TIG LIFT method using the TIG handle of the SR17 type visible in the photo next to it. Arching is done by touch.
