SHERMAN MIG 180FL is an easy-to-use welding device using the MIG/MAG, FLUX method adapted to join steel and non-ferrous metals. The MIG/MAG welding method uses an electric arc produced between the electrode, which is constantly fed wire, and the welded material. The whole process takes place in the shield of inert or active gases. The device also allows welding without gas, using self-shielding wire.

The Sherman MIG 180FL welding machine is a welding machine that allows welding using MIG/MAG, MMA (wrapped electrode) and FLUX (powder wire arc welding). The device was built on IGBT transistors ensuring high efficiency and rapid adjustment of current to changes in parameters during welding. The welder allows you to work in long cycles without worrying about overheating or turning off. MIG 180FL is operated by three knobs that allow you to adjust: MIG welding current, MMA welding current, wire feed speed. A clear display indicates the current parameters of the welding current.

IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability.

FLUX - arc welding with powder wire, not requiring the use of gas cylinders. The wire itself is filled with flux or a chemical that produces protective gases during welding.

OVERLOAD SWITCH - built-in protection against overheating of the device, prolonging its service life.
