Migomat Dnipro-M MG-18DX

Dnipro-M MG-18DX is an inverter semi-automatic welding machine for MIG/MAG, MIG FLUX/FCAW and MMA methods. It will work in the workshop, garage, service, farm, steel structure repairs, assembly work and regular metal welding.

The model offers a current range of 30 – 180 A in MIG mode and 30 – 160 A in MMA mode. It supports 0,6 – 1,0 mm welding wire, 1,6 – 4 mm electrodes and spools up to 200 mm, so it is suitable for both wire welding and classic wrapped electrode welding.

The device allows you to work with MIG/MAG shielding gas and FLUX self-shielding wire without gas. Inductance adjustment helps to match the nature of the weld, the depth of melting and the amount of chipping to the material and working style.

MIG/MAG with gas, FLUX without gas and MMA

MG-18DX allows MIG/MAG gas shielded welding and FLUX self-shielding wire without the use of gas. This gives you more freedom of work – in the workshop you can use shielding gas, and in the field it is more convenient to work with self-shielding wire.

In MIG/MAG mode, the device supports 0,6 – 1,0 mm wire and spools up to 200 mm, which allows you to work longer without frequent material changes. The feed speed of 2 – 15 m/min wire allows you to adjust the work to the type of weld and thickness of the material.

MMA mode allows welding with 1,6 to 4 mm electrodes. This is useful for repair, assembly and construction work, where it is more convenient to use a wrapped electrode instead of wire.

Changing the polarity allows you to choose settings to work with shielding gas or self-shielding wire. The Euroconnector makes it easy to connect the MIG sleeve and operate the device later.

Inductance regulation and stable operation

Inductance adjustment allows you to more accurately set the nature of welding. You can better control the appearance of the weld, the depth of melting and the amount of chipping, which is important when welding thin elements, profiles, sheets and steel structures.

The device has separate regulators for setting voltage in MIG mode, wire feed speed and MMA parameters. This makes it easier to match the welding machine to the material, wire, electrode and welding position.

Forced air cooling helps protect your device during extended operation. The 100% duty cycle at maximum current means that the model is prepared for intensive tasks in the workshop and service.
