The TRAFILUX TRAFIMIG 220 welding machine is a professional inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed to work in workshop conditions giving the possibility of welding light structures. The device is characterized by compact size and low weight of 8kg. Extensive functionality of the device allows you to work in MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG lift modes. The design advantage of the device are transistors made in IGBT technology. A characteristic feature of this type of transistors is lower power consumption, less electromagnetic interference, with greater efficiency and a stronger and more stable welding arc.
Synergistic semi-automatic machine with the possibility of double pulsation in the MIG/MAG method, thanks to which the quality of the weld does not differ from the weld obtained in the TIG method. The device also has an extensive two-bar and four-bar mode and the possibility of SPOT spot welding and lutowelding CuSi3

DUAL PULSE - Double pulse current welding gives you the ability to adjust the pulsation of the current used to connect the material, as well as the rate of wire feeding. This allows you to improve the appearance and profile of the weld.
IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.
REG. INDUCTANCE - controls the width and depth of melting and reduces the amount of chipping. Allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site, the sheet does not deform and the protective zinc layer is not damaged, useful in soldering.
2T/4T - when the start button is pressed, the welding process is stopped after releasing the button - when the button is pressed and released for the first time, the welding process takes place at the second press, it is a more convenient solution for longer welds.
S2T/S4T - two-bar and four-bar operation mode with hot start, useful when welding materials that require preheating.
SPOT - spot welding by MIG/MAG method. The function is mainly used for joining sheet metal "on the tab" or pre-connecting the structure.
TIG LIFT - possibility of TIG LIFT touch welding. Arch ignition is carried out by lightly rubbing the non-melting electrode against the welded material.

ARC FORCE - allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Reducing the value of the function gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melt, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. When setting the largest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "press the electrode into the lake of molten metal and burn the material through.
HOT START - this is a temporary increase in welding current to facilitate the ignition of the electric arc and the preheating of the welded material.
