MAGNUM MIG 209 ALU SYNERGIA is an inverter welding machine that automatically selects welding parameters. Built-in synergic programs for each material ensure that the setting of the welding machine is trivially simple. The device allows for welding with a maximum current of 200A. The welder has a large readable LCD display, which allows for precise positioning of the welding machine and easy control of parameters during the welding process.

INTUITIVE AND EASY OPERATION

Thanks to the use of synergic settings, the device is very easy to use and can be used by welders even with minimal experience. Choosing the type of welded material, wire thickness and gas shield the device will select the welding parameters depending on the thickness of the weld that we set on the display. All settings can be manually tuned if necessary.

FULL CONTROL OVER THE ARCH

The welding machine, thanks to its adjustable inductance , allows for precise adjustment of the width and depth of the melt, and also allows for welding without chipping of both thin sheets and thick profiles.

POWDER WIRE WELDING AND SOLDERING CUSI3

The welding machine enables the lutowelding process, thanks to which galvanized sheets can be freely combined, which are often used in car bodies. In addition, the device has the function of change of polarity, thanks to which it is possible welding without gas with self-shielding wires (FCAW), as well as welding with an MMA wrapped electrode.

Fe – ordinary steels 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 CO2 / Ar+CO2 - program for welding black steel in CO2 or Ar/CO2 shield.

Flux – core wire welding 0.8/0.9/1.2 - program for self-shielding wire welding.

CrNi – stainless steels and acid-resistant steels 0.8/1.0 Ar+O2 / Ar+CO2 (1-2%) - program for welding stainless steel / acid-resistant steel in Ar+CO2 or Ar+O2 sheath.

AlMg – aluminium and aluminium alloys 0.8/1.0 Ar - aluminum welding program in Ar.

CuSi – soldering 0.8/1.0 Ar - program for welding copper and soldering in Ar.

SYNERGY - this is a modern electronic microprocessor control that automatically selects operating parameters depending on the wire diameter, type and thickness of the material.

FLUX (FCAW) - arc welding with powder wire, not requiring the use of gas cylinders. We use self-shielding wire, which is filled with flux or a chemical that produces protective gases during welding.

IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.

REG. INDUCTANCE - controls the width and depth of melting and reduces the amount of chipping. Allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site, the sheet does not deform and the protective zinc layer is not damaged, useful in soldering.

2T/4T - when the start button is pressed, the welding process is stopped after releasing the button - when the button is pressed and released for the first time, the welding process is stopped at the second press, it is a more convenient solution for longer welds.

ARC FORCE - allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Reducing the value of the function gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melt, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. When setting the largest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "press the electrode into the lake of molten metal and burn the material through.

TIG LIFT - possibility of TIG LIFT touch welding. Arch ignition is carried out by lightly rubbing the non-melting electrode against the welded material.

OVERLOAD SWITCH - built-in protection against overheating of the device, prolonging its service life.
