TECNOMIG 224 SYNERGIC LED 4x4 is an inverter synergistic semi-automatic welding machine designed for MIG/MAG, TIG LIFT, MMA and FLUX arc welding.

The device has been designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to car body repairs. It is used for soldering galvanized sheets, welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and aluminum. Welding is carried out in an inert gas, active gas or mixture shield, and with reverse polarity without gas.

By using a 4-roll feeder, the device ensures stable wire feeding so important when welding aluminum and copes very well with 5-meter welding handles.

With the MIG/MAG method, we can choose the button function in the handle between working in 2T mode (without button lock), 4T (button lock for long welds) or spot welding (SPOT)

The large and easy-to-read LED display allows you to control and adjust MIG/MAG welding parameters on an ongoing basis, such as:

Inductance

Wire access

Wire burning

Spot weld time (in SPOT mode)

The device also has MMA parameter adjustments such as:

ARC FORCE regulation

HOT START regulation

ANTISTICK function (ON/OFF)

The VRD (voltage reduction device) function reduces the idle voltage on the electrode to a safe value; it enables operation in an environment with increased humidity. (ON/OFF)

TECNOMIG 224 SYNERGIC LED 4x4 has a fan cooling system which significantly increases its efficiency. It is also equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability. The device is equipped with a power plug.

The delivery includes a device with a MIG 15 welding torch with a length of 3 meters, a mass cable with a length of 2,5 meters and an electrode cable with a length of 2,5 meters.
