Proplant 722 SL 100 ml is a fungicide in the form of a concentrate for dilution with water. The preparation is intended to protect selected ornamental plants, including cypresses, thujas, livers and other conifers, against soil diseases such as phytophorosis.

The product is used by watering the substrate in the root zone. Thanks to this, the solution goes where the problem often begins – to the root system and the base of the shoot. The preparation will work well with conifers weakened, drying, browning or suspected of phytophorosis paralysis

For cypress and conifers phytophorosis

Proplant 722 SL is a preparation designed to protect plants against phytophorosis – a disease that often affects the root system and the base of the shoot. The problem can manifest itself in gradual wilting, browning, drying shoots or dying whole plants.

Especially with tujas and cypresses

The preparation will work well with ornamental plants, such as cypresses, thujas, vinegars and other conifers. It can be used in the garden, for plantings along the fence, for individual ornamental plants and for hedges exposed to soil diseases.

Watering in the root zone

Proplant is used after dilution with water, by watering the substrate around the plant. This method of application allows you to direct the preparation to the root zone, i.e. the place where many soil diseases develop. The substrate should be watered evenly according to the dose stated on the label.

Systemic action

The preparation works systematically, which means that after collection by the plant, it can move in its tissues. Thanks to this, it supports the protection of plants not only at the place of application, but also within the parts of plants covered by the action of the product.

Signs of dying and weakness

Phytophorosis can be confused with dryness, overflow or nutrient deficiencies. If conifers begin to brown from the inside, wither despite watering, die pointwise or the plant loses its condition for no apparent reason, it is worth checking the possibility of root diseases.

Method of use

1. Assess the condition of plants

Check if the conifers show symptoms of weakness, browning, wilting or dying shoots. In case of suspected phytophorosis, pay special attention to the base of the shoot and the root zone.

2. Prepare the solution

Measure the appropriate amount of preparation and dilute with water according to the label. Prepare only the amount of working liquid that is needed to perform the procedure.

3. Water the substrate

With the finished solution, water the soil around the plant, directing the liquid into the root zone. Do not pour the preparation on needles or shoots if the label indicates use by watering.

4. Take care of an even application

Water the substrate evenly around the plant, preferably within the root block. For larger plants, spread the solution in several places around the trunk.

5. Repeat only according to label

If the label predicts a repeat treatment, keep the required interval between applications. Do not exceed the maximum number of treatments.
