Product Description:
ISOLATE 100 contains whey protein isolate CFM.
Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The product supplements the diet with high-quality protein free from fat and sugars, necessary to build a muscular figure without the risk of unnecessary fat. The recommended portion for consumption during the day is 90 g.
Recommended use:
- Dissolve a single serving of the preparation – 30 g (1,5 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings per day.
- On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime.
- On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime.
