Microencapsulated bacteria:

The patented MICROENCAPSULATION technology is a double lipid layer surrounding a bacterial cell. Such a revolutionary solution guarantees almost 100% of the survival rate of bacteria when passing through the stomach / twelve. Microperic bacteria are several times stronger than lyophilisates, so 5 times less bacteria are enough to achieve the same degree of colonisation in the intestines.

ProbioBALANCE is a revolutionary and comprehensive series of 10 probiotic products with specially selected strains of bacteria, dedicated to different age groups, supporting the proper functioning of the intestines. The products were developed by Polish and Italian technologists.

 

Low water activity (aw):

Probiotic bacteria are very sensitive to the aquatic environment. Manufacturers often use various types of fiber or inulin as a filling. Their environment is not beneficial to bacteria because their water activity is above < 0,2.

The water activity of the carrier is of great importance in the case of probiotics. This carrier has the closest contact with bacteria at all times. If the water activity is above aw>0,2, the enzymes contained in the bacteria begin to activate, leading to their dying.

If we do not use a carrier with adequate water activity, various protections used by companies such as cellulose capsules, DerrCaps or even alu-alu blisters will not be of much use.

ProbioBALANCE products are the first in the world to contain an innovative PREBIOTIC – a complex polysaccharide (dietary soluble fiber) Fibregum™ Bio Law (certified organic/BIO) with aqueous activity below aw< 0,2, i.e. safe for bacteria. Enzymes in bacteria with such low water activity do not affect the metabolism of bacteria.

In addition, Fibregum™ is an excellent prebiotic with a much better effect than inulin. Unlike inulin Fibregum™ is a large polysaccharide, it is fermented by bacteria more slowly (it has an extended fermentation time) without gases, flatulence as is the case with inulin.

Cooling will extend the shelf life. Temperatures above 25 °C should be avoided.

In order to ensure the highest quality of the product throughout the period of its expiry date, 20% of the technological allowance is added at the production stage, i.e. approx. 20% more bacteria in each capsule.

Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. The product is intended for adults. Use is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
